Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of prospective teachers' training for teaching practice. Historical and theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the problem investigated is completed, the content and structure of the prospective music teacher's readiness for teaching practice is revealed; methodological principles of readiness formation which concern specifying pedagogical conditions, methods and principles of work are singled out. Criteria are scientifically grounded and levels of readiness formation for teaching practice in the process of professional training concerning structural components of the phenomenon are analysed. A methodological model of a prospective music teacher's preparation for teaching practice was introduced in the educational process of higher educational institutions in Ukraine and China.
