The Object: the formation of a holistic marketing strategy (HMS) in the food market (FM). Purpose: develop scientific - methodical bases of formation and implementation of activities in HMS commercial enterprises at FM. Methods: system, situational analysis, comprehensive approach, integrated approach, formalization, comparison, grouping, graphical, tabular, cluster analysis, expert assessments, economic - mathematical modeling. It is offered: methodological foundations: HMS formation, creating a baseline for participants metavaluables business system, determine the status of sustainability marketing business system, determine the level of consistency perception elements of business interaction in bipolar space; formation possible vectors - episodes and vectors - events and adequate performance criteria designing integrated values formation mechanism integrated values for emotional - behavioral attractors and functional - rational differentiator. Sphere of the use: trade enterprises in the food market.
