Oksyuta V. Recovery of reproductive function in women with infertility in hypothyroidism

Object - reproductive function in women with hypothyroidism; goal - to increase the effectiveness of reproductive function in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism pathogenesis by developing evidence-based approaches to the correction of the lipid , hormone metabolism and blood flow to the state of the ovaries; methods - general clinical, clinical, psychological, clinical and laboratory, instrumental, mathematics and statistics; results - on the basis of findings the peculiarities of functioning of the reproductive system in women with endocrine infertility and various forms of hypothyroidism; first established the relationship between these laboratory monitoring of thyroid activity, hardware methods of investigation of bioelectric properties of the organism, tissue hydration and the main indicators of reproductive function at reduced functional activity of the thyroid gland; developed a complex system of treatment and rehabilitation measures to restore reproductive function in women with subclinical (latent) hypothyroidism; first on the basis of the study hypothyroid edema revealed their role in the reduction of blood supply to the ovaries and endometrium, the necessity of correcting the violations of the relevant; branch – medicine.
