Yefremova A. Management of wineries' potential of the Crimea

The object of the study are management processes of wineries' potential of the Crimea. The subject of the research are theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of management processes of wineries' potential of the Crimea. The purpose of the research is to improve the theoretical, scientific and practical principles, to develop methodological bases and practical recommendations for managing the potential of wineries of the Crimea in order to implement business objectives of the enterprise. Studies were carried out on the basis of the application of: theoretical generalization, system analysis, grouping and classification, the graphical method, economic and mathematical modeling. The indicator of management potential effectiveness of the enterprise on the basis of determining the ratio of actual expenditure on enterprise's potential components with planned ones, which will enable to assess the level of effectiveness of enterprise's management potential and to ground scientifically the ways of its increase through targeted management decisions. The classification of the principles of management potential of the enterprise is developed. It is proposed to consider the stages of formation and realization of the potential of the enterprise as an additional classification attribute. It will enable to apply certain principles of the enterprise's management potential in a more appropriate way. The capacity of enterprise's potential components is improved in accordance with resources consumed, containing the elements associated with a particular object management. It will simplify the search and analysis of potential elements that contribute most to the achievement of business goals of the company. Scientific and methodological approach to the definition of an optimistic, realistic and pessimistic enterprise's profitability forecast by introducing measures to improve the potential of the company is proposed. The approach takes into account retrospective changes in profitability and expert assessments of future changes in profitability. Scientific research results are used in the activities of wineries, namely SE " Simferopol Wine Factory ", LLC " Winemaking enterprise " Dionysus "LTD. Individual theoretical and methodological developments were used in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the development of the Plan of Strategy for Economic and Social Development of AR Crimea for 2011-2020.
