Object -streptozotocyn-induced diabetes with the ischemic and reperfusion damage of the brain; the purpose - to establish pathobiochemical and patomorphological changes in limbico-hypothalamic structures of the rats brain with streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus by incomplete global ischemia-reperfusion of the brain; methods - physiopathologycal, biochemical, mathematicaland the results -it has been established that diabetes mellitus modifies the pathobiochemical reaction in mechanisms of formation of oxsidative stress in reply to carotid ischemia-reperfusion of the brain at animals without a diabetes and at its presence: in structures of a brain of control animals intervention leads to to increase of the maintenance of products of lipoperoxidation at partial preservation of activity of enzymes, while at rats with a diabetes - to depression antioxidant protection at constant activation of lipoperoxidation; it is shown, that in early ischemia-reperfusion fibers less are sensitive the period of defeat of a brain to action of free radicals, than lipids; the unidirectional changes of the maintenance and nitrogen monoxide metabolites after carotid an ischemia-reperfusion in all researched structures of a brain are shown; it is proved, that the experimental diabetes modifies reaction fabric fibrinolisis on carotid an ischemia-reperfusion, essentially limiting it; It is shown, that uniformity of changes of density of an arrangement endoteliocytes of vessels of researched structures of a brain, them morfometric parameters and the maintenance in them RNC at animals of control group after an ischemia-reperfusion of the brain and at animals with the diabetes which has been not complicated with an ischemia-reperfusion of the brain; essential aggravation of structural changes cells, neurocytes and glyocytes researched structures of a brain of rats with the complicated diabetes and anischemia-reperfusion of the brain is established.
