Semenyshyn A. Legal regulation of functioning of the defense industry complex in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to economic and legal provision of defense industry policy functioning in Ukraine. Key features and trends of defense industry development in Ukraine and world, legal status peculiarities of economic entities and their associations, peculiarities of organizational and economic powers subjects to military-industrial complex, systematization of laws in investment, export and innovation spheres are the point of the thesis research. Some deficiencies of legal regulation were discovered through a detailed analysis of the defense industry legislative acts and legal drafts in the dissertation and it was offered to eliminate them through concrete proposals. A new effective and organizational legal mechanism may obtain them in the context of the reform to the defense industry of Ukraine.
