Sydorenko N. The local self-governments of Ukraine as the subjects of international co-operation under the European integration's conditions

The aim of this researchcontains the imprtant scientific task that is based on the development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations for the improvement of international cooperation of local self-governments of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration is solved in this dissertation. The object of research is the functioning the local self-governments of Ukraine at the present stage of state-building. The subject of research is the local self-governments as the subjects of international cooperation in the context of European integration. There is made and given the definition of "international cooperation of local self-governments of Ukraine." There have been offered the proposals and practical recommendations to improve the Ukrainian legislation, as well as institutional, organizational and cadre support of such cooperation in the context of European principles of public administration.
