The thesis is devoted to actual problems of improvement of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of organizational culture trade. The thesis proposed definition of organizational culture of trade, stages of the life cycle of organizational culture, the mechanism of the influence of organizational culture on firm's trading and methodological foundations for the evaluation of organizational culture. The paper identified specific factors influence the development of organizational culture of trade, an assessment and ranking of elements of the organizational culture of companies trade in the effective management and analysis of compliance with the existing organizational culture profile of trade to the reference. Suggestions on algorithm of organizational culture of trade, the development of systematic approaches to determine the stage of the life cycle of the organizational culture of trade and recommended universal mathematical model of the formation and development of organizational culture trade
