Korenha I. Agreement surrogacy family law in Ukraine

This thesis focuses on the contractual arrangements of surrogacy in the Family Law of Ukraine. The notions of "surrogacy" and "surrogate mother' are defined; the analysis of surrogacy subjective structure is realized. Native and foreign regulatory and legal framework is investigated, which regulate the given kind of regulations. The notion of surrogate motherhood contract, its legal nature and content, is defined in the research paper. The question of parental rights recognition on the grounds of surrogate motherhood contract and the child's rights of inheritance, born by surrogate mother, are considered. According to the results of investigation, the ways of improvement concerning the regulation of surrogacy contractual statements are suggested. The standard contract of surrogacy is proposed (Supplement).
