Sush E. Legal Regulation of Corporate Investment: Civil and Legal Aspect

This thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical research of issues in the sphere of civil and legal regulation of relations on corporative investment. Legal nature of relations on corporate investment, which is civil and legal, is found out in the paper. The thesis defines "corporate investment" and its symptoms. In order to identify common and distinctive features of corporate investment with related categories, conducted comparative legal characteristics of corporate investment category of "joint activity" and "joint investment". The author defines the features of legal status of the subject composition of relations on corporate investment. Done differentiate people in relationships with corporate investments in corporate entities and individuals investing for the operation of corporate investment - members of corporate investment. Features of relations' object on corporate investment are also defined by the author. Characteristics of contractual structures that is a form of establishing the rights and duties of relations' subjects on corporate investment, are provided.
