Kritsak Y. Implementation of the subjective copyright on a literary work

The theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems that manifested in the development of major theoretical positions of the subjective copyright to literary work are in the dissertation. Investigated problems identified in the prism of basic theoretical concepts of the subjective copyright in the literary work, which contributed to the solution of problems of theoretical and applied character: a categories of the concept and theory of law and state, it features of the subjective copyright on literary work, found its legal nature and content, made suggestions for improvement of the current legislation. The work analyzes the main civil concept of subjective rights and studied their features in copyright law. The author provided the concept of literary work, moreover analyzed the content of the subjective copyright to literary work. The methods of the subjective copyright on literary work by their own actions and obtaining the rights to the actions of other persons are researched in the dissertation. Discovered the legal nature of the exercise of copyright in the literary work. The author investigated thoroughly features of copyright protection for literary work, developed amendments to the current legislation on the basis of theoretical ideas about implementation of the subjective copyright on literary work.
