Essay

The dissertation deals with research and development of the whole concept of share securities' legal regime. On the basis of scientific researches and analysis of judicial practice there has been clarified legal nature of relations connected with acquisition and realization of rights arising from share securities. Therefore, there was defined the circle of legal compositions being the ground for acquisition (alienation) both corporate rights and share fund's principal's rights.
