Kolinko O. Victimological description of driving to suicide.

Thesis is devoted to victimological description of driving to suicide. Dissertation is one of the first in legal science of Ukraine complex research of victim nature of driving to suicide. The paper considered biologically-psychological and social-demographic signs of this crime. Subgroups of the persons are investigated, who on the strength of inherent them individual and/or role victim nature become the victim of driving to suicide. In the thesis are analyzed actual problems, which appear at qualifications criminal action at committing driving to suicide. It was confirmed that in process of driving to suicide could be applied physical, psychological, sexual violence. Special attention was determined to specific aspects of victimological preventive maintenances this crime, as follows activations feeling of personal safety. On the basis of research are formulated suggestions in relation to perfection of criminal statute and possibility of his application.
