Essay

The thesis is dedicated to presentation of J. Bentham's deontological views. The work describes the main stages of development of scientific opinion on the study of J. Bentham's deontological views. The methodology used by J. Bentham in the study social and corporate phenomenon is discussed. It is shown that the methodology of natural science had a significant impact on J. Bentham's teaching. Empirical nature of J. Bentham's studies in law has been noted as a methodological feature.
