Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles of management of bakeries competitiveness and practical recommendations for its achievement in a competitive market environment. In the research the further development of meaningful content of the concepts of "competitiveness" and "system of enterprise competitiveness management" is continued. The current state of bakery production development in Ukraine, in particular, in Dnipropetrovsk region is analyzed, the factors of influence on the competitiveness of bakeries is determined. A functional model of management of baking enterprises competitiveness is suggested; the system of indicators to measure the competitiveness of baking enterprises is substantiated; the method of evaluating the effectiveness of bakeries competitiveness management on the basis of the achieved level of competitiveness, as determined by calculation of the integral ratio of enterprise competitiveness as a sum of weighted normalized general indicators with the graphical display of the obtained results is presented.
