Essay

Taking into account the main achievements of juridical science and analysis of national and international law we do in this dissertation a complex study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the constitutional and legal status of the Governments of Ukraine and the Federal Republic of Germany.The role of government in the state mechanism has been defined; the facts that influence the definition of the concept of "government", the scope of its executive and administrative functions, competency and responsibilities have been identified. Special attention is paid to the role of the responsibility of the governments, to the peculiarities of their formation and structure.Based on the experience of the constitutional development of the Federal Republic of Germany, there is defined a number of problems concerning the legal regulation of the status of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. There are proposed some practical recommendations for the improvement of Ukrainian constitutional law in order to reform the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
