Suran A. The right for association among other constitutional rights and freedoms of human and citizen

The thesis is devoted to complex research of the place of the right for association among other constitutional rights and freedoms, the constitutional basis for the right for association, its importance for the development of society. The article dwells on the concept, the essence and the legislative securing the implementation of citizens' rights for association by means of establishing political parties. The author gives the definition of Ukrainian citizens' right for association in political parties, as well as the notion of a political party. International legal standards for the legal regulation of the right for association and its restriction have been determined. The compliance degree of the national constitutional legislation to these standards has been revealed. We have also exposed the shortcomings of the current legislation regulating the right for association and its restriction and provided concrete proposals on their elimination.
