Essay

Object of the research: properties of anti-DNA sIgA anti-histone H1 antibodies and their effects on the proliferation and viability of tumor cells. The aim of the work: In this work we studied the effect of autoantibodies from colostrum and milk of healhy women on proliferation of human tumor cells in vitro, their antigenic specificity and catalytic activity. Methods: cell-biology, biochemical, immunological, mathematical statistics. Anti-DNA and anti-histone sIgA antibodies were purified from colostrum and milk of healhy women. It was found that treatment of tumor cells of anti-DNA sIgA induce the programmed cell death. The anti-histone H1 sIgA samples were tested on a proliferative activity toward human T-leukemia Jurkat and human melanoma SK-MEL cells. It was found that anti-histone H1 sIgAs are able to stimulate proliferation of both tumor cell lines Area of use: cell biology, immunology, molecular biology.
