Sukhovolets I. The disruption of metabolic and immune processes at different types of inflammatory reactions in the periodontium under the adrenaline toxic effect

The dissertation is devoted to the learning of dysfunction features of antioxidant and pro-oxidant system, level of endogenous intoxication and immune protection system in blood and periodontal tissues of rats with different types of inflammatory reactions and under adrenaline intoxication. There was investigated that development of periodontitis under adrenaline intoxication is accompanied with increasing of lipid peroxidation activity; decreasing of antioxidant system and immune system activity in blood and periodontal tissues of rats; and increasing of intoxication in animals blood. There were obtained that these changes will differ in time according to the types of inflammatory reactions. The peak of the inflammatory process in animals with hyper reactivity will be 3rd day after the adrenaline intoxication, in animals with normal reactivity – 7th day and in animals with hypo reactivity these changes start to increase on 7th day only.
