The dissertation is devoted to the complex scientific and theoretical research of legal relations in the sphere of judicial power realization. The concept of "legal relations" has been analyzed and the own definition of the concept "legal relations in the sphere of judicial power realization" has been proposed. Scientifically grounded classification of legal relations in the in the sphere of judicial power realization has been made into separate types. The genesis of the processing of judicial power as a separate branch of state power in Ukraine has been investigated and own definition of the judicial power has been proposed.
