Kovalevska E. Criminal law protection of military property under Articles 411 and 412 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

The dissertation is the first in Ukraine complex investigation of criminal law protection of military property under Articles 411 and 412 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The author examines the origins and genesis of criminal liability for military property destruction or damage in Ukraine, the concept of criminal law protection of military property under Articles 411 and 412 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the social danger of these crimes and the peculiarities of their objective and subjective elements, improves the definition of the direct object, the subject, forms the objective side, the perpetrator of these crimes and their subjective side. The aggravating and especially aggravating circumstances of analyzed crimes and legal criminal qualification and separation of similar crimes are also investigated.
