Smolinska N. Organizational culture of innovative development of machine-building enterprises

The object of the research is the process of formation and evaluation of the organizational culture of the company. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical concepts and applied recommendations as for the improving of the development and the evaluation of engineering enterprises innovative organizational culture. The author used the general and applied methods of scientific research: graphical, synthesis method, systematization and generalization, statistical and comparative analysis of the innovative potential of Ukraine, economic - mathematical modeling, program - mathematical modeling. Theoretical value of the thesis results is to clarify the nature and structure of the organizational culture concept, its place and role in the innovative enterprise development, it is considered the providing of innovative enterprise activity. Scientific novelty of the results is the development of theoretical - methodological principles and application recommendations on the organizational culture of innovative development of the engineering companies. The subject of the study is theoretical - methodological principles as for the development and evaluation of innovative organizational culture and the development of the engineering enterprises. Recommendations of the author are used in the activity of the machine-building enterprises, namely as for the choice of the direction of their innovative development based on the matrix "the level of organizational culture - the level of the innovative ability", and the diagnostics of the staffquality for the purpose of identifying and isolating in it "knowledge workers". The sphere of usage of the copyright recommendations is the engineering plants.
