Object of research: a model of erosive and ulcerative lesions of gastric mucosa in rats, chronic gastritis (atrophic and non-atrophic) patients. Objective: to increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation of patients with chronic gastritis (atrophic and non-atrophic) by internal application in complex sanatorium treatment of an aqueous solution of "Poltava bishofit" taking into account the preliminary experimental and clinical data. Methods: experimental, clinical and medical history, laboratory and instrumental testing, statistical and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: the results of clinical and experimental data developed, tested and implemented a method of rehabilitation treatment of patients with chronic gastritis (atrophic and non-atrophic) using aqueous "Poltava bishofit" for internal use to improve the effectiveness of treatment and quality of life of patients. Novelty: the first time the technique of rehabilitation of patients with chronic gastritis (atrophic and non-atrophic) way internal use aqueous solution "Poltava bishofit."
