Essay

Object of the research is the process of formation and realization of the environmental policy of sustainable development of Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to develop practical recommendations and improve the mechanisms of public administration of the realization of the policy of sustainable development of Ukraine. Methods of the research are: dialectical and comparative method, modelling method. Practical importance of the results obtained - the materials were used in the process of handling practical problems of environmental policy implementation. Scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in scientific and theoretical grounding of the mechanisms of public administration of realization of the environmental policy of sustainable development and the development of the new methodic approaches to evaluation of the activity of the state government and local authorities on implementation of the main direction of the state environmental policy. For the first time it was developed the model of democratization mechanism of public administration on the local level. It was improved the definition of the category of environmental policy systematization of the principles of ecological sustainable development policy formation; methodic approach to determination of the index diagnostic indicators of the state of environmental policy realization in Ukraine. Received further development the institutional, organizational and legal approaches to formation and development of the mechanism of environmental cross-border cooperation within the frame of Ukrainian euro regions activity; mechanisms of public regulation of the environmental policy realization.
