Essay

The theoretical and legal investigation of the contemporary understanding of justice in the activities of the police has been conducted in the thesis. The historic and legal aspects of the idea of justice as a fundamental constituent of human laws have been disclosed. The concepts, contents, forms and kinds of justice, and its manifestations such as liberty and equality have been analyzed. Summarizes the main concepts of justice in theory of state and law. The author made a substantive analysis of police as a special legal practice. She has investigated the professionalism of policemen as a factor in ensuring fairness in law enforcement.
