Essay

The present thesis contains complex scientific research in the legal-theoretic aspect of juridicial state policy in conditions of transformation of society, generalization on the present juridicial theoretic conceptions of lawful state rise, and tender concept and matter of juridicial state policy. Incorporation forms of juridicial state policy are analysed from theory of the state and law position as democracy display. Juridicial policy is researched as purpose-oriented as social state practice and as a method of its lawful living organization and its collating means.
