The dissertation is devoted to the process of economic policy socialization amid market transformation and defining of the main directions of its development. The essence and role of postindustrial economic system socialization amid market transformation was studied. Socialization forms and peculiarities of their influence on economic system functioning were examined. Transformation of the state economic functions in view of socialization forms establishment at postindustrial development stage were analyzed. The concept of social economy as an alternative strategy for economic development within the national economy and the whole capitalist system was studied. The conceptual framework of economic policy socialization was revealed. The transformation of the state economic policy methods and development of new management forms were examined. In the context of strategic social policy directions and financial relations reforming the directions of development and peculiarities of economic policy socialization effect in postindustrial countries were disclosed. Peculiarities of economic policy socialization in Ukraine were researched. Establishment of socialization forms within the structure of Ukrainian society as well as their weak integration into economic system were analyzed.
