Ostrovsky O. Criminal Liability for Violation of the Human Right to Freedom of Religion under the Criminal Law of Ukraine

The thesis studies elements of a crime stipulated in dispositions of Articles 178-181 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine which infringe upon legal relationship related to realization of human rights to religion. It also covers the issues related to demarcation of formal components stipulated indispositions of Articles 178-180 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine as well as demarcation between these crimes and certain elements of a crime against life and health of a person (Articles 115, 119, 121, 122, part 2 of Article126, 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Certain suggestions on improvement of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in force and the enforcement practice with regard to international experience have been also introduced
