The condition of research of the criminal liability issues for the unauthorized occupation of land site and unauthorized building in the doctrine of Criminal Law is analyzed; the social predetermination of criminal liability for such actions is researched. The objective and subjective features of unauthorized occupation of land site and unauthorized building, and their qualificatory features are characterized. The separation of researched corpus delicti is made with conterminal corpus delicti and their dissociation form the similar administrative offences is made.
