The dissertation is devoted to the study of the general theoretical problems related to the right to honor, dignity and business reputation of the Ukrainian law enforcement officers. On this anvil has been made the socio-legal analysis of the conceptions of personal honor and dignity; the correlation of the legal categories "dignity", and "business reputation" has been defined here too. The study clarifies the nature of the subjective right to respect for right to honor, dignity and business reputation of the law enforcement officers in Ukraine.
