Essay

Object - the verbalers of "silence" concept in the national ISS, represented in its discursive space; the aim is to highlight and describe the system of verbalization means of the "silence" concept as the structural-semantic and communicative-pragmatic multidimensional non-verbal component of the ISS, Ukrainian art discursive space; methods - linguistic description, component analysis, distributional analysis in combination with contextual-interpretation, discourse analysis, intent-analysis and pragmatic method of analysis; novelty - in Ukrainian linguistics the first time a comprehensive analysis of representatives culturally important for the Ukrainian lingua-society concept of "silence" in paradigmatically, syntagmatically aspects structural-semantic peculiarities were carried out and potential tokens-verbaler concept of "silence" in art broadcasting were identified: the evolution of views on the essence of the concept was analyzed; the concept of "silence" as culturally relevant was characterized, the role and place of silence in the communicative act were substantiated, theoretical understanding of the understanding of the concept of "silence" in philosophical and Miralago-religious discourses, literary criticism and linguistics were presented; multilevel means of verbalization of the concept of "silence"; studied the representation of species communicative meaningful silence were clarified; its functions were defined, correlates of silence and the medications speech were allocated; the peculiarities of the verbalization of the "silence" concept in the works of remarkable cultural personalities of the twentieth century. I. Franko, O. Kobylyanska, Gr. Tyutyunnik, tendency to enlargement of semantics and culturally relevant concept of "silence" were outlined; the specificity of conceptualization silence was defined by Ukrainian lingua-society using metaphorical models; the results - actual material, main points and conclusions of the thesis can be used in lexicography practice, as well as in the educational process - the teaching and special courses in stylistic, cognitive linguistics, lexicology at the faculty of Philology, faculty of journalism; the branch - linguistics.
