The aim of the thesis is to optimize the diagnostic algorithm in the system of clinical monitoring in women with breast tumors. Identified risk factors of benign tumors of the breast, investigated the frequency of mutations in the genes of VEGF and TNF alfa in patients with benign and malignant tumors of the breast, got additional molecular genetic test on the need for surgical treatment of benign tumors of the breast. Optimized and introduced into clinical practice algorithm for complex diagnosis of benign tumors using molecular genetic techniques and three-stage scheme of medical care mamolohichnym patients, resulting in improved diagnosis reached benign tumors, breast cancer, prevention and early detection of patients with breast cancer.
