The thesis substantiates optimization mechanisms of public administration in the context of sustainable development, the analysis of the theoretical and methodological principles of research governance in the transition to sustainable development, and reveals its nature and impact on the government, studied the basic mechanisms of the system optimization governance in sustainable innovative development, identified its institutional-optimization content. Classified systemic mechanisms of governance sustainable innovative development, reveal the essence of the system of state-management strategies for sustainable innovative development of transitional societies and optimization mechanisms for their implementation, mechanisms have been developed to optimize the state system of risk management in the context of sustainable innovation and reasonable means for their implementation, the essence of restructuring and as optimization mechanisms Ukraine's transition to sustainable development and governance it is specified, the content and direction of administrative reform as a mechanism to optimize public administration in the context of sustainable development in Ukraine.
