Bozhko K. Psychological Peculiarities of Professional Burn-Out of Lawers

The dissertation research is devoted to the revealing of the psychological peculiarities of professional burnout of lawyers. The research has revealed that professional burnout of lawyers is conditioned by both the dynamics of forming of this phenomenon and the specific of professional activity of personality. The maintaining, procedural and personality constituents of the professional burnout of lawyers have selected. The presence of the correlation links between the selected constituents of the professional burnout of lawyers and the spectrum of personality deformations, which arise up as a result of appearance of this phenomenon, has established. Ecofacilitating approach has defined as the basic approach to the organization of the psycho-correctional work on preventing and overcoming of the professional burnout of lawyers. The system of psycho-correction of the symptomatic disorders of the professional burnout of lawyers has grounded.
