Shekera I. Prevention of violations of becoming and flow of lactation at women with a benign mammary dysplasia.

The thesis is devoted to one of the urgent problems of obstetrics and gynecology - reducing the frequency of violations of lactation and progress of diseases of mammary glands for women with a benign mammary dysplasia. Article represents some neuroendocrine mechanisms of regulation of becoming of lactation on the stage of formation of lactogenesis at women with a benign mammary dysplasia. It is determinate, that women with a benign mammary dysplasia in the period of lactogenesis have an increase of concentration of Estradiol, Prolactin, Cortisol and IGF-1 in the blood and breast milk, that testifies to the risk of development of the complicated flow of pregnancy and progress of pathology of mammary glands, is the factor of risk of violation of process of lactation. Developed and inculcated the improved algorithm of diagnostics and preventions of violations of lactation at women with a benign mammary dysplasia on the stage of becoming and flow of lactation. The grounded complex of organizational and treatment-and-prophylactic actions allowed to decrease frequency of violations of lactation at mothers with a benign mammary dysplasia and progress of basic disease of mammary glands.
