Bondarchuk I. Constitutional and legal bases of legalization of public organizations and political parties in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the research of constitutional and legal bases of legalization of public organizations and political parties in Ukraine. For the first time, the author has made a complex research of the peculiarities and the structure of relations of public organizations and political parties' creation and operations. The necessity of taking into account constitutional aspect in legalization of public organizations and political parties has been proved. The author has analyzed the category of "legalization" and its correlation with concept legitimation, state registration as act used in practice, official acquisition of legal status, management activity and allowed procedures. Formulated the definition of the notion of constitutional and legal status of public organizations and political parties and its structure and brought forward his own definition of the mechanism of legalization of the public organizations and political parties. Analyzed legal aspects of Ukraine's legislation of citizen's associations and evaluates the legal basis of constitutional status' public organizations and political parties, under present Ukrainian conditions. Some concrete proposals aimed at perfection of legal regulation of public organizations and political parties, providing of stability constitutional order in the state, guaranteeing of the realization of rights of freedom to association have been formulated in the thesis.
