Essay

In dissertation is developed methodical approach of evaluating the effectiveness of human resource management in industrial enterprise, which based on coordination with the strategic objectives of the enterprise, proceeding from conception of Balanced Scorecard. Developed the algorithm for forming integral indicator of effectiveness of human resource management, which consists of system of individual indicators into four groups: economic, motivational, human resource management processes, training/development. These indicators take into account specificity and strategic objectives of industrial enterprises. Improved the mechanism of managers motivating in senior and middle level of management on tubes production enterprises, aimed at the realization of strategic targets. Developed the rating scale of degree of estimation strategic objectives and recommended awards percent value, that allowed to establish reasonable amount of awards for achievement of strategic objectives. Proposed methodical approach to identify the group and integral indicators, which allowed define the list of existing problems and provide reasonable suggestions for implementation corrective and/or preventive measures, aimed at improving the efficiency of human resources management.
