Object of study: recurrent bronchitis , health level of medically fragile children. Aim of study: to increase the effectiveness of sanatorium treatment of children with recurrent bronchitis and of medically fragile children by applying a rate -based optimal duration of artificial mikroclymatotherapy of sodium chloride aerosolum. Methods of study: clinical, functional, statistical and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: detected reaction of respiratory function and central hemodynamics after effect artificial mikroclymatotherapy procedures, the optimal number of artificial mikroclymatotherapy procedures were proposed (15 procedures in case of recurrent bronchitis, 10 sessions - for medically fragile children) and special general indicators for assessing the dynamics of functional parameters. Novelty: first studied the reaction of respiratory function and central hemodynamics after influence of levels and rate of artificial mikroclymatotherapy procedures, typical three-phase nature of the changes in functional parameters after artificial mikroclymatotherapy course was established, to assess changes in functional parameters the generalized averaged parameters were established and proposed for the optimal number of procedures courses artificial mikroclimatotherapy for medically fragile children frequent and children with recurrent bronchitis. Degree of implementation: articles, theses. Sphere of implementation: medicine.
