Kushnir V. The Public Administration of System of Public law enforcement agencies in Ukraine

Object of research - government processes system communications law enforcement agencies in Ukraine under the further society democratization. The aim - to summarize theoretical positions, the development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical guidelines for the development of state control system of Public law enforcement agencies in Ukraine mechanisms. Research methods - systematic and structural analysis; comparative analysis; statistical and trend analysis; abstract and logical analysis. The practical significance of the results is that the proposed system is developed public relations law of Ukraine can accelerate the process of society democratization by improving the law enforcement image and expansion of their interaction with the public. Scientific novelty of the results is to determine the governance system mechanisms of public police relations to ambush synthesis of theoretical positions developed by scientific and methodological approaches and methods in the context of ensuring enhance the effectiveness of the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, which will be an organizational foundation for the society democratization. First conceptual bases of public relations law of Ukraine functioning. The method of the research formation and development trends stages in police public relations by taking into account different civil society socio- economic structures; methodical approach to systematizing trends and factors influencing the development of the state system of public relations of the police to ambush synthesis domestic and foreign experience in the organization of public relations; organizational and institutional framework of public administration system of public relations law of Ukraine by restoring the functioning board of the MIA of Ukraine and the establishment of the Cabinet of Ukraine Committee on image adjustment policy enforcement authorities; scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of public relations of law enforcement. We got further development directions of the legal framework improvement of the public relations law of Ukraine by bringing basic law enforcement operation with international standards; law communications system enforcement bodies of Ukraine; information support organizational and institutional mechanism for state management system of public law enforcement agencies in Ukraine.
