Scientific work is devoted to frequency decrease cesarean sections and perinatal pathology at women with myopia to various severity level on the basis of studying of features of central and local haemodynamics, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The interrelation between development gestational is presented an anaemia and preeclampsia, and also presence myopia to average and heavy degree at pregnant women. Features of eye haemodynamics at women with myopia are shown average and heavy degree at absence obstetrical complications and at presence gestational anaemia and preeclampsia. It is shown that preeclampsia negatively influences haemodynamics of an eye and raises risk of development horioretinal dystrophies. It is presented високая efficiency of use regional anaesthesia in sorts at women with myopia to average and heavy degree. Comparative aspects of a current of pregnancy and sorts, and also perinatal outcomes are studied at myopia average and heavy degree, and taking into account presence accompanying gestational anemias and preeclampsia. The algorithm of diagnostic treatment-and-prophylactic actions at pregnant women with myopia average and heavy degree with inclusion antiagregantes during time gestation and regional anesthesias is improved at delivery that has allowed to lower frequency cesarean sections and to improve perinatal results of delivery.
