Pop N. Dysfunction of ovariums at women of reproductive age after hysterectomy: diagnostics and correction.

Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease clinical-endocrinological and psychological displays of dysfunction ovariums at women after hysterectomy at reproductive age on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and rehabilitation actions. The role subtotal hysterectomy in dysfunction development of ovariums, infringements of the psychological status and decrease in quality of life is shown. The basic changes of volume and blood supply ovariums throughout one year after subtotal hysterectomy at reproductive age are presented. New links patogenesise dysfunctions of ovariums at these women at the expense of the established correlative dependence between level decrease estradiol and clinical-psychological changes are established. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of diagnostic and rehabilitation actions at the expense of additional use of hormonal correction and metabolic therapy. Comparative aspects of clinical semiology and changes of a functional condition ovariums at women after hysterectomy at reproductive age are studied. A quality monitoring behind a clinical current of the remote period after operation and functional changes ovariums at these women in dynamics of 1 year after operation is offered.
