Boуko N. Legal regulation of loan agreement.

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of complex loan agreement. Highlights the origin and genesis of loan agreement and its legal regulation. Analyzes the legal nature of the contract loans, especially loan relationships and provided the author's definition loan agreement. In order to establish an independent place of the contract in the civil legal contracts performed comparative characteristics loan agreement with other civil legal agreements, namely the loan agreement, employment contract (lease) contract hire. Special attention is given to research parties and the content of loan agreement, order the conclusion, modification and termination of the loan, the legal consequences of the breach of a loan agreement. The results of the research formulated a number of proposals for improving the civil legislation of Ukraine and its application.
