Essay

Clinical diagnostical complex of investigation was applied to 137 patients with stable stenocardia, isolated or existing, on ther background of metabolic syndrome; with the aim of increasing of treatment efficacy basing on investigation of disease' clinical-pathogenetic peculiarities, cardiac haemodynamics state and coronary reserve, data of daily monitoring of electrocardiogram and blood pressure activity of principal markers of inflammation; and development of differential treatment algorithm with implication of Lisinopril and Amlodipine (or their fixed combination) and additive metabolic treatment with quercetin.
