The thesis is an independent scientific work completed, which based on the analysis of current legislation of Ukraine, beliefs of scientists, jurist, studied the characteristics of securing and protecting the personal non-property rights of children. Analysis of specific consolidation and certain types of personal non-property rights of children according to their division into personal non-property rights that ensure the existence of natural rights and moral rights, to ensure its social life. The features of the protection of the personal non-property rights of children. Formulated scientifically sound proposals to improve legislation regarding the regulation of the personal non-property rights of the child.
