Slynko S. Theoretical and legal aspects of law-making politics in today's society

In this dissertation complex scientific research of theoretical and legal aspects of law-making policy and features of its realization in today's society has been made. The scientific views' development history of essence and contents questions of law-making policy, the appointment of this policy and the ways of its realizations in the process of law-making activity has been researched in this thesis work. In the dissertation the place of law-making policy in the system of concepts and categorical apparatus of jurisprudence has been justified, the jurisprudence's signs have been separated and characterized, and they are laid the foundation of refined by author definition of the law-making policy concept. The author has observed the ambiguity of scientific understanding of the law-making policy's role and its importance, the role of law-making policy has been clarified. This is manifested in its ability to counteract the defects of law-making process, and also this is manifested in its ability to ensure the organization, the sequence and the efficiency of realization of law-making policy. The law-making policy's importance within synthesizing, informative and methodological, law-formative and organizational aspects has also been revealed.
