Essay

Сhronic intoxication in neoplastic dimethyl hydrazine carcinogenesis induces the activation of oxidative stress evidence, which leads to stimulation of lipid peroxidation and imbalance of transmitters of enzymatic and glutathione-dependent links of antioxidant system and also causes significant metabolic and immunoreactive disorders that are characterized by changes of functional state of liver and kidneys, increasing the number of CD3-lymphocytes in the phases of apoptosis and necrosis, unbalanced and excessive synthesis of serum immunoglobulins, pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, significant reduction in non-specific cellular immunity and the accumulation of immune complexes. Аdministration of cytostatics intensifies metabolic and immunoreactive disorders and aggravates the degree of destructive changes in the liver and kidney. Sorption therapy has a positive effect on animals with induced carcinogenes in cytostatic treatment: reduction of evidence of oxidative stress, of metabolic and immune disorders, restoration of the balance andeffectiveness of the function of enzymatic and glutathione-dependent links of antioxidant system and synthesis of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, significantdecrease of the amount of apoptotic and necrotic changes in CD3-lymphocytes, substantial improvement of the structure and ultrastructure of the liver and kidneys.
