Kolyanovska L. Intensification of extraction process of soybean and rapeseed oil production

The thesis is devoted to the intensification of extraction process of soybean and rapeseed oil production from the industrial seeds under the action of microwave field. The influence and recommended parameters indications for maximum extraction of the main component under the electromagnetic interference were researched. The dependence of similarity numbers for calculation process of extracting soybean and rapeseed in the microwave field has been obtained using the method of "Dimensional analysis" and taking into the consideration the physical characteristics of the process. The experimental methods of modeling have been conducted for obtaining the diffusion mass impact coefficients and summarizing the experiments results of extracting oil from rapeseed and soybean under microwave field.
