The present work gives a full characteristics (incidence, manifestation, clinical perculiarities) of eye lesions at chronic liver diseases (CLV) of variuos etiology;viral hepatites B and C, autoimmune (AI) and cryptogennic hepatites (CGH), Wilson diseases, Gosche, glycogenesis and biliary liver cirrhosis. Eye symptoms characteristic for each of the studied diseases have been outlined, which is important for differential diagnostics if CLD in children. We proved the connection of incidence and manifestation of visional symptomatics with severity of major disease, which can be used for prognosis and control of CLD treatment. Definite instructions on techniques and terms of ophthalmological checkups of children with CLD have been developed. The study of perculiarities of eye disorders of children with CLD of variouz etiology resulted in obtaining a complex of findins, testifying not only the difference in vision symptomatics at these diseases, but also the presence of common tendency - the difference of microvascular disorder manifestation from the severity of the major disease - the development of liver cirrhosis. Microcirculatory disturbances of eye struc-ture and accessory apparatus (lacrymal glands) are common for liver cirrhosis of different origin. Incidence and manifestation of eye symptoms should be considered in the process of diagnostics and dynamic surveillance of children with chronic liver diseases.
