Essay

The dissertation devoted to studying the nature of changes in visual function of teenagers in the process of PC monitor and role of effective short-term passive rest and complex rehabilitation exercises after visual load. It is shown that changes in the functional state of the visual analyzer depends on output level of visual status and duration of continuous visual work for a computer monitor. A set of exercises di-rected to restoring the functional ability of the eye under the influence of work on the computer monitor. Established that the use of the complex allows to restore values functional state of the visual analyzer to baseline of teenagers with emetropic refraction working on the PC screen.
