Essay

The research object - the FFP coagulation properties safety under low temperature state. The research aim is the obtain methods optimization, cooling conditions and low temperature regimes storage of FFP for the safety of its coagulation properties. Defined benefit of technology plasmapheresis and obtain with platelet-leucocytes coat removing. The suggest the possibility of extending the plasma shelf life at the temperatures minus 40 and minus 70 C regardless of the type anticoagulant solution and obtain method, with the optimum cooling rate plasma samples - 3 C/min.
